Coumadin Clinic

We offer a Coumadin Clinic for patients receiving anticoagulation therapy. The goal of the clinic is to educate patients about the use of oral anticoagulation therapy while monitoring the effects of Coumadin/warfarin on each patient through routine blood thickness tests.
